CRG OFFICIAL TEAM READY TO GO TO LA CONCA FOR THE THIRD ROUND OF THE WSK EURO SERIES

IN KZ1 THE NEW EUROPEAN CHAMPION JORRIT PEX IS AMONG THE FAVOURITES. ALSO FORE’, THONON AND FEDERER READY TO DO THEIR BEST. IN THE OTHER CATEGORIES CRG AIMS AT THE KZ2 TITLE WITH LENNOX AND IN KF2 WITH TIENE. IN KF3 CRG LEADS THANKS TO PALOU, IN THE MINI TO MARTINEZ.

Lonato del Garda (Brescia). After conquering the 36th European title in KZ1 in last week’s race of Wackersdorf with the 19 year old Dutch Jorrit Pex, who races for CRG holland, CRG official team is now ready to get on the track of Muro Leccese, this time for the third round of the WSK Euro Series.

IN KZ1 PEX IS THE NEW EUROPEAN CHAMPION. The international circuit La Conca is the venue, this weekend, of the last but one round of the international series; it is definitely an important appointment for the titles that will be assigned, beginning with the top category, the KZ1, where Jorrit Pex (see picture above) is among the favourite drivers thanks to the success he achieved in France, in Val d’Argenton, at the beginning of May. Before this round, Pex occupies the third position of the ranking with a 52 point gap from Dreezen and just two points behind Ardigò. However thanks to the 85 points which will be given in the two finals of the weekend in Southern Italy, the driver of CRG Holland standsmore than a chance to recover.

In Muro Leccese there are good expectations also for David_claneke Forè’s performance, racing on a CRG chassis powered by a Maxter engine prepared by Savard. The Italian driver is in great shape in this period of the season: so far he has made himself conspicuous thanks to a victory in one of the finals of the KF1 world championship of Suzuka and to the second place behind Pex in the KZ1 European championship of Wackersdorf. He is definitely ready to performwell in la Conca too.

Great expectations also for Jonathan Thonon, always among the top drivers in KZ1 and steadily decid_claneked to redeem himself after his unlucky race in the recent European championship. The same can be said_clanek about Fabian Federer, ready to race with the best on his CRG powered by a Maxter engine directly prepared by the Italian factory.

IN KZ2 WITH LENNOX AND GREENBURY’S DEBUT. In KZ2 the fight for the championship is even more uncertain. In this category the CRG official team fields the English Jordon Lennox-Lamb, champion of the recent WSK Master and one of the most likely to win the Euro series. Lennox, who races on a CRG powered by an engine directly prepared by the Italian factory, is now third in the ranking, together with the other CRG driver, the Canadian Phillip Orcic, only 14 points behind Negro and 5 from Torsellini. So, the round of Muro Leccese will be crucial for the final sprint towards the title. The Australian Tyler Greenbury is at his debut in KZ2 on CRG.

TIENE READY TO WIN AGAIN IN KF2. The situation is open to any result in KF2 too, with Felice Tiene who, after his success in the final of Val d’Argenton, is back in the game for a success in the championship. Tiene now occupies the second position, with a 63 point gap from Leclerc, with good chances toachieve another good performance in Muro Leccese, thanks to the excellent quality of the equipment put at the disposal of the Italian driver, with the last evolution of the CRG chassis powered by the performing Bmb engine prepared by KVS. Together with Tiene, with the CRG official team, also the English driver Luke Varley, the French Ingrid_clanek Girard, besid_clanekes the LH Racing with its drivers led by Tom Joyner, at the moment tenth in the championship and among the best of the category.

IN KF3 PALOU IS THE LEADER. In KF3 great expecations for the young Spanish driver Alex Palou, who is getting more and more performing thanks to his CRG chassis powered by Bmb KVS. Palou goes to Muro Leccese as the leader of the ranking, thanks to his double success in Sarno (putting together Pre-final and final) and the third place of Val d’Argenton, with a lead of 41 points over his rivals. The fight for the top positions is going to be gripping in this category too, and also the other CRG standard-bearer, the Canadian Zachary Clamn De Melo, will try to be in the game.

THE 60 MINI ASSIGNS THE TITLE. In Muro Leccese there is also the 60 Mini category which assigns the title - in the WSK Euro Series the title is assigned after two rounds. After the opening race of Sarno, the colours of CRG are on top on this occasion too thanks to the young and fast Spanish Eliseo Martinez of Gamoto Team. leader of the ranking after his hat-trick in the previous race thanks to which he has got a 35 point lead over his closest pursuers.
