T.z. - South Garda a 18.Winter Cup 2013 ...

Přináším Vám dnešní tiskovou zprávu, která přišla od pořadatele 18.ročníku Winter Cupu z italského Lonáta. V tiskové zprávě se hovoří, že i když začátkem tohoto týdne v Lonátu napadl sníh, vše bylo pořadatelem připraveno tak, aby dnes mohly začít první oficiální volné tréninky na Winter Cup. Depo je již z velké části zastavěné a i v depu se pořadateli podařilo připravit pro účastníky dobré podmnínky. Dnešní předpověď počasí je pro další dny dobrá. O víkendu by mělo být slunečné počasí, ale poměrně chladno.

THE SNOW. ON WEDNESDAY 13th FEBRUARY AND ON THURSDAY 14th FREE PRACTICE.
ON SUNDAY 17th THE FINAL PHASE OF THE EVENT.

Lonato del Garda (Brescia - Italy). Despite the massive snow fallen at the beginning of the week, the programme of the 18th Winter Cup has officially started today with free practice. This has been possible also thanks to the help given by all the participants who are already
crowding the paddock of Lonato: they have been happy to give a hand to clear the racetrack and the paddock of the snow.

All the participants must be praised and, thanks to them, this important event of the beginning of season can start now.

Weather forecasts, today, are good and for the weekend they say it will be still rather cold but sunny. Scrutineering is scheduled on 14th February, than free practice will continue throughout the whole day and for all the three categories: KZ2, KF and KFJ.

On Friday 15th qualifying starts at 10.50am, the heats at 12.50pm.

On Saturday 16th, after the warm-up from 8.00 to 9.55, group meetings from 10.00am until the afternoon. Then we will know which drivers will be driving in the three finals on Sunday 17th February. The last finalists will be decided by the second chance heats of all the three
categories: they will occupy the last six slots of the starting grids of the final phase.

On Sunday 17th February the event finishes with the drivers' presentation at 12.15pm, Prefinals at 01.30pm, Finals at 03.00pm with prize-giving ceremony at the end of each Final.
